About
DeNovo Treasury
FROM OUR FOUNDER
They say necessity is the mother of invention, and that holds true for the genesis of DeNovo Treasury.
What began as “Project Yellow Sticky Note” during weekend discussions with three colleagues about maybe establishing a consulting practice someday quickly turned into a real business, and just 10 days after launch, DeNovo Treasury had its first client. I had become the leader of a quickly-scaling business almost overnight, and exciting things were ahead!
Since then, I’ve been riding the entrepreneurial wave. Every day brings something new, and I thrive on the dynamic nature of the work. While some days test my patience, the good days far outweigh the challenging ones.
What draws me to this work? I’ve always harbored a desire to teach and coach, even as my career path took me deep into the world of treasury management products and services. Pursuing an executive MBA in 2013 has proven invaluable for my career and for the entrepreneurial journey I began in August 2022 when I founded DeNovo Treasury.
Joining a new team with each client consultation feeds my love for collaboration. While each client is unique, the common thread is their commitment, making the engagement highly rewarding; they actively participate in the process with us. When working with clients in this way, I find fulfillment in the knowledge transfer– a unique experience each time.
Looking ahead at DeNovo Treasury’s future, I aspire to engage with teams eager to build and grow. Building strategy is my passion, especially in assisting Financial Institutions (FIs) and the individuals responsible for organizational development.
I relish working with like-minded individuals, priding myself on a high EQ, self-awareness, empathy, and fair treatment. As a relationship builder, DeNovo Treasury’s mission is to partner with FIs sharing similar DNA.
This is who I am, what I envision for DeNovo Treasury, and the standard I seek in both our team members and the clients we collaborate with.
